Our focus is single-family and multi-family residential but have experience in self-storage and other commercial property types.
Top priorities are Kitsap, Mason and Pierce Counties in Washington State. Additional targets include other secondary and tertiary markets across Washington and Texas.
This varies widely depending on the specific business plan for each project. Historically Fix n' Flip projects have an average hold time of 3 - 5 months. Buy and Hold projects average 2-5 years but can change depending on the overall goals of the investors involved.
